lakeFS Enterprise v1.98.0

Changelog

Important note: - API: experimental operations move from ExperimentalApi to their functional SDK class, such as PullsApi or the new TenantsApi; experimental status is now carried by the x-experimental attribute, which surfaces as a FutureWarning in the Python SDK and an EXPERIMENTAL badge in the API reference. Method names, parameters, and REST endpoints are unchanged

🆕 What's new:

  • Iceberg REST Catalog: cache vended storage credentials for S3
  • API: replace the experimental tag with functional tags
  • Auth: implement active/disabled user enforcement and exposure

🐛 Bugs Fixed:

  • Fix ListRepositories latency
  • Fix: lakectl - avoid escaping target directory on recursive download
  • Fix: Actions - Prevent a Lua hook from terminating the server process
  • Fix: Actions - prevent DAGConf data race on concurrent Airflow hook runs and clean up JSON decoding
  • Fix: Actions - safe type assertions in json marshal options
  • Fix: Auth - Compute valid HMAC and guard nil expiry in makeMailbox
