lakeFS Mount v0.13.0

Changelog

✨ New features and improvements

  • Add POSIX permissions. When enabled with --include-perm, Mount supports file modes (user / group / other, read / write / execute). object instead of a fixed default, accepts chmod, and on a write-mode mount writes the new mode back on the next commit. --include-uid and --include-gid extend this to ownership.

🐛 Bug fixes

  • Writing to the middle of a file could sometimes truncate it.
  • Support write-mode mounts without pre-signed multipart uploads, e.g. local and mem, or s3 with disable_pre_signed_multipart.
  • NFS write-mode mounts: after renaming a file, reading it or renaming over it could fail with No such file or directory.
